BLACKFISH had been on my Netflix que for the longest time and I finally made time to watch it. Man! What a doc.
WHAT'S BLACKFISH ABOUT?
The documentary is about a captive killer whale named Tilikum…who kills three trainers. The documentary tells the whale’s story which then opens the conversation on why keeping orcas in captivity is NOT a good thing.
WHAT DID I THINK OF BLACKFISH?
I thought it was sad. Like really sad.
I thought it was shitty for SeaWorld and other water parks to KNOW exactly what was going on but wouldn't share any important information with their trainers.
It's just a sad documentary. Really informative...but sad.
