Must-Watch: YouTuber Takes on 100 Days of Workouts Like David Goggins – The Results Will Blow Your Mind!

I recently stumbled upon this YouTuber named find404, and one of his videos totally grabbed my attention: "I Worked Out Like David Goggins for 100 Days!" If you’re not familiar with the legendary Mr. Goggins, make sure to do a quick search after you check out the video! He's a freaking beast!

I had my wifey check it out too, and let me tell you, it’s motivating.

After watching it, I thought, “Why not give it a shot?” 😂 But let’s be real—I’m not about to go all out like he did. My plan? Ride my Peloton bike for 12 miles a day. 🚴‍♂️💨

I kicked off my journey this past Monday, clocking in 7.33 miles in just 33 minutes. Not too shabby, right? Then, on Tuesday, I upped the ante with 9.86 miles in 45 minutes. Still working my way up to that 12-mile mark, but progress feels great! 🥳

I've been pedaling every day, stretching like a yoga master, hitting the weights -- and even sneaking in some meditation. All thanks to this awesome video from Find404! 🎉
